Kidifit is a physical training class aimed at building cardiovascular fitness, body conditioning and strength training. The program also includes flexibility and sport skills training.
The programme includes group training with plastic balls and medicine balls; SPSS – Training Ladders; broom sticks and gymnic balance balls. Circuit format is also incorporated where cardiovascular training is alternated with conditioning work. A special feature of our Kidifit classes are the step training and rope skipping classes. Rope skipping is part of the new P.T.-programme incorporated in schools by the South African Gymnastic Federation. Club Kidigym has already conducted 3 rope skipping competitions locally.
