About PDF Print E-mail

Kidigym originally started at the Bay Hall as private gymnastic classes in the early 1990’s. Tahlita Dalton took over in 1996, registered Kidigym as a Club and changed the private classes into a business by expanding Kidigym to certain pre-schools in Arboretum and Meerensee (Richards Bay).

In 1998 the current owner;  Christine van der Merwe took over and expanded Kidigym to more pre-schools and primary schools where Kidigym became part of the school curriculum.

A new development in the Kidigym program; KIDIFIT; was incorporated in 2003 at Arboretum Primary School and also expanded to the Richards Bay Christian School in 2004. In 2008 Grantleigh incorporated the Kidifit and rope skipping programme into their curriculum.
